Its location was fab, short walk to a taxi rank too, a taxi down to the main resort, and the beach and the coast where there's a lot more to do. The room was modern and double superior, included with front mountain views, a mini fridge, for instance. The staff were great and kind and had a sense of humour.

Inclusive and nice hot breakfast and other services were very good. The room was recently refurbished, with a separate bathroom. The location of the hotel was central, close to Siam park which was amazing had the best time, the Lago Martianez and the beach and the coast where there's a lot more to do.

Exceptionally clean place with delightful view of the sea. Stunning location not far from that restaurant, a beach and the center of Puerto de La Cruz. For tea or coffee visit Bar Los Amigos nearby. Inclusive and nice hot breakfast, very good services.

Everything was brand-new from the good service to the high quality food. The room was extremely spacious with beautiful views from the terrace, had a good night's sleep. The location was marvellous and the staff members were welcoming. The airport was 30 km away.

The rooms were newly remodelled and large, there was an extremely comfy bed. The location was stunning, at a medium distance from historic gardens. Moreover, it was adjacent to main shops and restaurants, bus stops and the activities going on.

The restaurant was lovely for dinner, we ordered warm dishes. The view of the mountains and others have a view of the ocean was absolutely gorgeous, enjoyed it. The location was great and fab, the staff were kind.

Really comfortable stay, as always. Inclusive and warm breakfast with a wide array of meals. Fast check-in, well-mannered employees. Particularly good location to a nice cocktail bar, in the very quiet area. Besides, excellent for visiting historic gardens.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
